Directions
The Newburgh Jazz Series site is located at the waterfront in Newburgh, NY (Front Street).
If traveling by train
Take Metro North (Hudson Line) to Beacon. Take a taxi or the Newburgh-Beacon ferry (located next to the Beacon train station) directly to Newburgh. The Newburgh-Beacon Ferry is available to carry you across the Hudson River to the concerts. The ferry landing on the Newburgh side is very close to the concert site. The last ferry departs around 8:30. Please check regular ferry schedule for earlier times.
From the New York State Thruway:
Take exit 17 (Newburgh). Take route 84 east to exit 10. Make a right hand turn at the light onto Route 9W. Get in the left hand lane as quickly as possible and make a left at the first light (at Sunoco station) onto Marine Drive. Go straight through two traffic lights. Make a left onto 4th Street. Make a left at the stop sign.
From Route 84, traveling East:
Take exit 10 off Route 84. Make a right hand turn at the light onto Route 9W. Get in the left hand lane as quickly as possible and make a left at the f first light (at Sunoco station) onto Marine Drive. Go straight through two traffic lights. Make a left onto 4th Street. Make a left at the stop sign.
From Route 84, traveling West:
Take second exit after Newburgh-Beacon Bridge (exit 10 S). Bear right at end of exit ramp. Make a right hand turn at the light onto Route 9W. Go through one light and then get into the left hand lane. Make a left at the light (at Sunoco station) onto Marine Drive. Go straight through two traffic lights. Make a left onto 4th Street. Make a left at the stop sign.
Parking
There is limited parking by the concert stand, and spots will fill up quickly. There is parking close by at the ferry parking lot, as well as the Ann Street parking lot about 1/8 mile away.
