Thank you for your interest in having a concession booth at the Newburgh Jazz Series. We are gearing up for an exciting summer of festivities. The concerts are open to the public and free of charge and we anticipate over 15,000 attendees over the summer. The festivities are scheduled to get started at 6:30 p.m.
The Newburgh Jazz Series event celebrates the true spirit of our great city and region. It is produced by Ferry Godmother Productions along with the assistance of its co-sponsor, the City of Newburgh, local corporations, businesses and individuals.
Ferry Godmother Productions is working to help keep the talents and special gifts that help build this country alive. Therfore although both handmade and resale products are allowed, we are especially looking for local crafts people—vendors who represent the enormous quality and uniqueness of the Hudson Valley creative community. Your product or service must be bio, eco and recyclable friendly. The product must be made by the seller or directly benefit the maker. Products purchased from a wholesaler or other 3rd party will not be allowed. All vendors must be pre-approved.
Ferry Godmother Productions appreciates your active support and asks that each concessionaire take an active part in marketing and promoting the music concerts in his or her community.
Vendor rates
The following is a list of current vendor rates. A deposit is required and must be made at the time you mail in your application (PDF) unless other arrangements are made.
